Had an oven roasted chicken breast sandwich, toasted with lettuce, tomato, black olives, mayo and ranch. Threw up an hour after eating half the foot long and was up all night getting sick 4x and having awful diarrhea. Been 24 hours and I'm still on a liquid diet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

got a fish sandwich with mayo on Thursday. That night, I was puking and had diarrhea all night. Today is Tuesday, and I still cannot eat anything without feeling sick. I slept for 2 days after that first night. Just want to get back to normal. Never eating McD's again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

使用不卫生的手套、不干净的刀具、温暖的金枪鱼导致我食物中毒。我在呕吐，有腹泻和胃痉挛、发冷和发烧等。这家餐厅有些人很干净，但是印度女孩很讨厌，可能是我为什么食物中毒。另外，当没有匆忙的时候，金枪鱼不应该放在大容器里，只是坐在外面让顶部变暖。有蛋黄酱，它需要冷藏。幸运的是我没有怀孕，但如果我怀孕了，它可能会杀死我的孩子。所以这条地铁需要像每天一样进行检查。

m and two mates and there child purchased 2 mayo legend meals and big mac meal and chicken nugget meal for the child and after 5 hours we were all severely vomiting and diarrhea, this is a discrace, we purchased at rush our about 5 pm so god knows who else had this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
