I ate at 7pm on Saturday night. We had garlic knots and pan crust sausage and mushroom pizza. It is now 1:30am Sunday morning, and I am having the worst stomach cramps and diarrhea. I did not eat anything else since 7pm.  | 症状: 腹泻

同样在这里 … 大约 5 小时后订购了蘑菇披萨整晚都在呕吐，无法起床，冷热发冷，第二天整天晚上我还是无法起床，第三天腹泻。

Husband and I became violently ill after eating a slice each of turkey, mushroom pizza from the hot bar at wholefoods. We ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmigiana pizza and the Spinach Bacon Mushroom pizza around 7:30 pm on 4/29/16. I woke up around 5:30 vomiting and diarrhea. Shortly after that my husband work up with the same. This is the only meal in 2 days that we have eaten together.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
