We ordered the Chicken Bacon Parmigiana pizza and the Spinach Bacon Mushroom pizza around 7:30 pm on 4/29/16. I woke up around 5:30 vomiting and diarrhea. Shortly after that my husband work up with the same. This is the only meal in 2 days that we have eaten together.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We ordered 2 large pizza, one with pepperoni, bacon and mushroom and the other with pepperoni, mushroom and banana peppers. My boyfriend and I both had a couple of each pizza. As soon as we got done eating we both became sick to our stomach then a hour or 2 we were both vomiting!  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

3 月 16 日在蒸米饭上吃了蘑菇鸡的午餐。后来，我感到气体臃肿，胃痛很少。到了晚上，我整晚都因恶心和极度腹泻而变得更糟。第二天我脱水了，太虚弱了，无法开车，所以一个朋友给我带了一些佳得乐。这可能是我没去看医生就病过的最严重的一次。那是 6 天前的事，我现在感觉有点恢复正常。

Ate a double mushroom swiss burger and a few fries for dinner. Woke up at 5am feeling terrible. Projective vomiting at about 8am, followed by a bit of diarrhea. Felt considerably better after the vomiting, but still not great. Body aches and I'm feeling very cold.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
