在我们飞回家之前，在 4 月 24 日中午午餐。我有美国汉堡和洋葱圈。我的航班在达美航空的 530 点离开了 LV。航空公司可以确认我在座位和洗手间有多恶心。着陆时无法离开浴室。自从前一天晚上在音乐会上喝了一杯酒以来就没喝过酒了。极度呕吐和腹泻。我丈夫带我去了下一班航班，但我不记得去那里了。极度头晕。回到家了两天没能去上班了。如果没有腹泻，可怕的头痛仍然不能吃 2 天来信。

I bought popeyes chicken late lastnight at 1030pm after work we got a 6 piece with fries and onion rings we came home ate the food noticed alot of oil tasted werid went to bed. woke up in the middle of the night both of us feel sick vomiting diarrhea, 2 people  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻
