I ate a BBQ pulled pork sandwich along with green beans and baked beans. I felt fine for 6 hours. Then I felt horrible and vomited for a bit. After 3ish hours I fell asleep and woke up feeling just exhausted for another 12 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We had 7 members of our group throw up shortly after eating there on Sat. July 15th. All but one had the pulled pork sandwich. We weren't 100% sure what caused though  | 症状: 呕吐
