Four of us had dinner at Cody's on Sunday evening July 29 at about 8:30 PM. I was the only one that had a Cody's salad. I noted at the time it was warm for a salad. By 3 AM in the morning I was very sick. Was unable to hold food down for a day with chills, feverish and weakness.

I had the Grilled Chicken & Cauliflower Tabbouleh salad and it made me very nauseous and also made my stomach hurt a lot . 20 mins after I was eating it my stomach was hurting bad. The pain was intolerance it hurt so bad and made me nauseous as well.  | 症状: 恶心

Got a salad and got up in middle of the night thought I was dieing and had a temp diarrhea that was green water. Stomach has been messed up since and still sometime having issues I have had my stool checked by dr 2 times already cause I have the infection. Never again.  | 症状: 腹泻

Got either food poisoning or salmonella poisoning and had stomach issues for a week. I work close by and decided to go again today. After lunch, and oredering the same thing as last time, im now feeling sick again. I Had the green goddess salad and bowl of broccoli cheddar soup.  | 症状: 恶心

2 people sick(ones that ate it) we got sick within 2 hours. we both had not eaten yet that day and after we ate their chicken salad between 1-2 hours we started feeling like we need to throw up. my daughter did more than I. at 2 hour mark we were both in bed

沙拉，下午 5:44 的双牛排。我有严重的胃痛、头痛、头晕，有些呕吐。我和我的男朋友分享了食物，也有同样的问题，只能把水压下来... 他在医院过夜，因为补充水分需要 2 袋和 3 次射击。我没有保险，所以我负担不起去医院的费用。我下班回家又生病了。
