星期一下午 5 点 30 分我在 shake shack 吃东西，到周二早上，我发烧了 102 次，发烧、发冷，还有我有史以来最强烈的腹泻。已经超过 48 个小时了，我什至无法保持水量。下一步是急诊室，因为我流失的液体比我能得到的还要多。最糟糕的经历。再也不要在这个讨厌的地方吃东西了！！！

12 月 3 日星期日下午 4 点左右我从牛排里吃东西然后摇晃 3 个射手奶酪和番茄酱、薯条和假日摇晃白巧克力摩卡咖啡。午夜时分，我醒来时心跳加速，头晕，开始呕吐，腹泻非常糟糕，情况持续不断，我不得不被带到紧急情况，他们告诉我我脱水了。实验室结果显示我正在与感染细菌作斗争，心率为 145。我住院了两天。在医院里，我被告知我是第五例因牛排和奶昔引起的食物中毒。
