My boyfriend and I both got food from this taco bell on Thursday October 25th 2018 at 9pm. He got a chicken quesadilla and I ate part of it. It tasted HORRIBLE. I spit it out immediately and within an hour we both had diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

晚餐拿到了鸡肉力量碗。吃完饭后我的嘴里有不好的味道，经常打嗝。那天晚上晚些时候，我不断呕吐，腹泻到脱水的程度。我也有胃痛。通常这个地方很干净整洁，最近我得知住在孟菲斯的一个亲戚也在孟菲斯的 Taco Bell 生病了，所以我认为这与工厂有关。顺便说一句，生菜和番茄是我第一次呕吐的东西。
