Ate a chicken taco salad on the evening of March 30, 3018. Everything tasted fine but was sick 5 hours later. Had not eaten anything else. No fever, just vomiting and diarrhea, which lasted a few hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got 1 original fish taco on 3/27/2018 and started vomiting at around 10pm, I threw up throughout the night. I vomited a few times 3/28/2017 around 2pm. I can’t not keep anything down including water. I’m still extremely nauseous 3/28/2018 7pm  | 症状: 呕吐
