Ate lunch at the local Taco Bell on 10/28. By the next morning I was nauseous, running a fever and diarrhea. Nothing I had for breakfast or dinner could have made me sick as I ate at home and both meals from sources (cereal, milk, bread, etc.) used for other meals with no problem.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

2016年10月25日凌晨 2 点，我和女儿吃了炸玉米饼时间。我有两个没有奶酪的脆皮鸡肉炸玉米饼（玉米壳、鸡肉和生菜）。到 2a 时，我在呕吐，发烧和发冷，间歇性腹泻直到 7 点。我女儿第二天晚上就吐了昨晚（10 月 27 日）我妈妈也在另一个炸玉米饼时间吃过饭，也有食物中毒症状。

I ordered a grilled stuft steak burrito and 2 crunchy cheese gorditas. I was only able to finish half of the burrito and one taco.
