Ate around 7:45pm 7/31, had cheese quesadilla with green sauce, soft taco with sour cream, and a loaded potato griller with spicy ranch, started feeling sick about 1 hour after, vomiting and diarrhea started about 3 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我不确定哪家餐厅让我生病了。昨天下午我们在塔可钟吃了炸玉米饼。只是普通的炸玉米饼牛肉。然后晚上 7 点左右，我有一个来自 Dunkin Donuts 的甜甜圈。那是一个普通的蛋糕甜甜圈。晚上 11 点左右，我的胃痛发展为严重抽筋，爆炸时去洗手间。它让我整晚都无法入睡。我倾向于 Dunkin Donuts 因为这是我唯一一个人吃的东西而且我是唯一一个生病的人

Have been at the hospital on and off within two weeks from eating at Taco bell , first diarrhea , nausea, vomiting fever etc.. after two weeks I have repeatedly visit the ER for swollen legs and hands , muscle back pain and now blurry vision,.... still going through tests  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 视力模糊
