Had dinner at above said restaurant at 5.15pm on 28th November 2018. Feeling nauseous and having diarrhea approximately 3.5 hours later (8.45pm). No other food was consumed after the dinner. During dinner, I consumed thai iced tea, 3 bowls of their noodle and a deep fried spinach dish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Nov 18, 2018...Ordered the Avocado Egg Rolls, Waldorf Salad and Cauliflower Thai Pizza. Around 2am on the morning of Nov 19, 2018 awoke to terrible cramps with severe vomiting and diarrhea. Couldn’t hold anything down for over a day. Not sure what item it was that caused… 更多

2018 年 11 月 14 日下午 5 点或 5 点 30 分左右，我去了里士满中心美食广场，从泰国快递订购了迷你泰式汤。迷你泰式汤里面有面条和 3 条虾，我额外支付了椰奶。我回家了，那天晚上 9 点半左右，我感觉很冷，变热了。然后我感到严重的痉挛和腹痛，不久之后出现腹泻。我以为是消化不良，但是腹泻持续了几天，直到我因持续的腹泻而燃烧直肠疼痛，每当我尝试从床上起床喝水时，我都会头晕目眩，以至于房间有一次旋转。症状直到 11 月 17 日星期六下午才停止。

On Nov. 7 2018 I had a cup of the Thai wanton soup and Kung Pao Chicken with quinoa. Within a few hours of eating here symptoms started. I was violently ill for about 6 hours after eating here. My daughter had the teriyaki chicken with noodles… 更多

Ate a snack size boneless wings with thai curry sauce. The thai curry tasted not good had a strong vinegar taste which I didnt recall it tasting like in the past. Woke up needing to vomit it up 3-4 hours later.  | 症状: 呕吐

Bought through Food Panda at Saap saap thai IMM. Tasted the thai iced tea which had an awful stale milk flavour to it. Drank it like 14 cup and decide to stop. Slept for about an hour two woke up as needed to shit. Been doing so for the past few times already watery stool.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我和我的朋友去这里吃饭。她点了西葫芦面，我点了虾泰式面条。后来她有严重的胃痛恶心和腹泻。不幸的是，我睡觉了，被严重的胃痛、恶心和腹泻唤醒。有史以来最严重的食物中毒案例。我非常生气，因为疼痛辐射到我的整个身体，而且我身体不适。
