我怀疑我吃的鲑鱼寿司或那里的越南冷包生病了。我是在纽约的一张医院病床上写这封信的，昨天我乘飞机去接受治疗。星期天晚上我开始感到非常恶心。我去了房间，星期一早上我整天都有可怕的腹泻。第二天（星期二早上）症状恶化了，JW从当地诊所派了一名医生诊断我患有阑尾炎。我去了当地的医院，在那里他们还坚持说我没有做 CT 扫描就得了阑尾炎，然后递给我一张 4 万美元的账单，其中还不包括手术。我带着抗生素离开后决定回各州接受治疗。昨晚我住院了，阑尾确实发炎了，但最后得到的检测结果表明我患有严重的沙门氏菌中毒。

We ate there ONLY for three days. We are quite sure it was the international buffet dinner on Saturday January 11th. Symptoms started 15 minutes after eating. Day three and still experiencing diarrhea, fever, and nasuea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
