8 月 31 日下午 5 点 30 分左右，我和妻子在 Tigard McDonald's 吃了东西。晚餐时我们都吃了四分之一磅，巨无霸和薯条。9 月 1 日 18 日凌晨 2 点左右，我和妻子开始感到恶心，发展成 diahrea 和呕吐。我们在 9 月 1 日见过医生，我们的诊断都是病毒性胃肠炎。现在已经是 9 月 2 日了，我们还在处理它。

8 月 31 日，我去了麦当劳，我订购了一个大炸薯条，我注意到正在制作炸薯条的员工一直在摇炸薯条，她还在计时器关闭之前拿走了薯条。我拿到了薯条然后在回家的路上吃了。直到第二天我才出现症状。第二天我醒来要去洗手间撒尿，然后我开始恶心，当我第三次吃掉大块炸薯条时，我开始变得干起来，这是我那天最后一次吃的东西。第二天星期天我醒来时腹泻恶心还在发冷。我今天有过几次腹泻。星期六我打电话给麦当劳，问商店经理或主管，我告诉她发生了什么事，她取了我的名字, 号码, 和电子邮件地址，并告诉我她会与保险公司联系，我会收到他们的电子邮件.

Ordered the Classic Chicken and small caramel mocha at about 7pm. Several hours later began having explosive diarrhea. It is now seven hours later and the pain in my stomach is keeping me from sleeping. The service was and is always excellent.  | 症状: 腹泻
