I ate a pico guacamole meal al 3.00 pm, and after a few hours I started vomit and feel pain in my stomach. Now it's 6 hours that my stomach is refusing any kind of food or beverage, I throw up immediately after consuming.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

A few coworkers went to McDonald's overnight around 3 am and now at 3pm all of us are vomiting and having diarrhea. 2 of us had chicken nuggets and fries while another person only had fries.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Came here at night and ordered two egg and sausage burritos. Hour later, had the runs and vomitting. I had organic fruit earlier in the day so i know, without a doubt, this is what made me sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
