Ate their last night; Had chicken and waffles. Drove and hour and half home. Projectile vomiting half-way home. Have thrown up 4 times and came home early from work. I was there for a meeting, but will not eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

我吃了一面土豆加酸奶油、细香葱、培根碎片和洋葱。所有东西，我的意思是，检查后所有东西都没煮熟，我只吃了 2 口才意识到酸奶油味道很时髦，而且土豆还没有完全煮熟。20 分钟后，我开始感到不适，不到一个小时我就开始生病了。我相信酸奶油也过期了。

On 12/11/16. Wife and I both came down very sick after getting takeout on Sunday evening around 6:15pm. Wife had roast turkey dinner and I had roast beef dinner. Some of same vegetables were contained in each dish.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
