Friday March 22, 2019 I had the southwest chicken salad with the creamy salsa and a strawberry shake. I got sick a few hours after eating it. I was in and out of the bathroom from 12am-9am. Kept me up all night and only had about 1-2 hours of sleep.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate chick fil at around 9:20 on Tuesday 3/19 and was extremely ill an unable to keep food in my system for 5 days. Any time I ate I would immediately experience abdominal cramping/pain then not long it would exit my system. As the days went… 更多

Chicken tenders, Me and my son got sick. And it took about 12 hours or so until I had gotten kikiand about 18 or 20 when my son started getting sick.. me and him are the only ones sick and that was the last thing we both ate  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had the market salad and avacado dressing with a sweet tea but i ate one of my husbands chicken strips and some fries. My neice whos also sick ate the chicken strips, fries and a coke.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
