Got a chicken bowl, not even 20 mins after began to feel very nauseous, went to sleep hoping i would feel better but instead woke up withbextreme stomach cramping, diarrhea, & persistent vomitting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I purchased a salad with brown rice, black beans, tofu, salad dressing, medium salsa, sweetcorn and guacamole today at 3pm. I started feeling nauseous around 7:30 and that continued to increase until I began throwing up around 11. Rough.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
