Ate 3 tacos with chicken, mild sauce, cheese, sour cream and guac. I eat there often. I had diarrhea for four days after eating twice in a week. I ate at two different locations.  | 症状: 腹泻

I ate a burrito bowl with steak, black beans, and corn salsa. The next day I had non-solid stool, which turned into diarrhea. I now have complete diarrhea still two days later and have accompanying stomach cramps.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我们在公路旅行中已经在这个地点停了下来。我点了一个 Sofritas 碗。我吃完后上路 30 分钟，我开始感到剧烈的痛苦。抽筋难以忍受。我们不得不在加油站停下来，那时我腹泻不是一次，而是两次。因为我喜欢 Chipotle，所以我真的很沮丧，而且我的肚子从来没有像这样的反应。我想说这个地方的服务很棒。

星期六下午吃了 chipotle，凌晨 4 点醒来时有严重的胃痛、呕吐和严重的腹泻，周日早上我无法正常工作我头晕，恶心，呕吐，今天星期三整天都有腹泻快进，但仍然很恶心，严重的腹泻不会消失  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 胃痛

After having Chipotle for lunch on Monday July 17th, i experienced diarrhea, very sharp abdominal pains, as well as nausea. I was unable to get out of be due to pain for 24 hours. I was umable to keep any food or water down for 48 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
