我去 Del Taco 是为了买我平常的早餐塔克，但是决定买一个 Beyond Taco。那是 5 月 21 日星期二早上 7 点左右。那天晚上午夜我大量呕吐而且病得非常恶心。我最终进了急诊室，由于脱水而在家里晕倒。我在 6 月的第一或第二个星期五回去了，告诉经理发生了什么。她和我都在友好的基础上。她感觉很可怕

Went there and got the normal Deluxe Chili Cheddar Fries and one Del Taco. Mother had Deluxe Chili Cheddar Fries but on mine I chose to add Cilantro to the mix. The next morning I woke up to severe diarrhea that lasted 14 hours. The pain was… 更多

Both my daughter and I had for lunch. I ended up with horrible cramps, nausea and diarrhea all evening. It was the only thing I ate so I know it has to be. I had chicken tacos and French fries. My daughter had a bean burrito and fries and she seems to be fine so maybe it was the chicken that was bad  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Just about three hours after consuming the soft shell chicken tacos, lettuce, cheese, and sauce. I was hit with intense nausea which led to even more intense vomiting diarrhea and fever lasting for upwards of nearly 36 hours. I'm on the upside of the recovery process now.… 更多
