土豆汤和沙拉吧，开始感到恶心，当我们离开回家的路上继续前进时胃痛。不得不停下来尽量不要把我的裤子弄糟。经过大约十分钟的车程终于回家了然后打开我的门然后把食物吐出来  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

I ate last night around 7pm. I ate the pasta with meatballs and shortly after getting home my stomach felt uneasy. 2am came along and I was in the restroom for half an hour. I woke up this morning at 7:13am, it is now 7:49 and I was stuck in the restroom AGAIN.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我点了一份凯撒鸡肉沙拉，加入切成丁的西红柿，然后用菠菜代替长叶菜。我的订单在下午 1 点 30 分左右送到我家，不到一个小时后我的症状就开始了。除了早上 7 点早餐吃的咖啡和酸奶之外，这种沙拉就是我吃的全部。直到吃完沙拉后不久我还好。现在已经接近 730p 了，我仍然因轻微的胃痛而恶心。这不是我第一次在这个地方吃饭，但这是我第一次在杰森的任何熟食店生病。

I ate the half mufflaletta sandwich at 11:30 am yesterday (nothing else prior for the day). Starting at 3 pm, I felt queasy and by 5 pm felt some stomch cramping. From 6 pm throughout the night I experienced multiple episodes of diarrhea and vomiting that are still ongoing at 6 am this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Stopped in for a quick dinner. They took the order wrong, it came out wrong, so they remade our sandwiches. Brought mine back a third time because it was still wrong. A couple hours later my husband was in the restroom, sick both ways. I am still… 更多
