香肠鸡蛋羊角面包早餐三明治吃三明治上午 7 时 30 分左右与 OJ 觉得胃 Acke，花了 4 罗兰的帮助很少，下午 1 时左右播放下来有腹泻两次，最新背下半小时后不得不呕吐（很多），洗澡和睡 12 小时。感觉更好 1 1/2 天后。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 胃痛

I ate fried chicken, macaroni n cheese. Fruit platter. Within 4 hours was viciously vomiting. I ate food at kwik trip around 1pm 4/26/20. And 2 hours later was feeling sick to my stomach, around 8pm I was throwing up viciously, diarrhea, dizzy, hot flashes, fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头晕, 胃痛

I ate a chicken Sandwich with veggies. Only me got sick. I bought a chicken Sandwich and put veggies on it which did not look very clean. The Veggie containers didn't seem very cleaned up and switched up.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Breakfast eggroll Girlfriend bought and ate a breakfast eggroll after work and proceeded and continues to vomit and have diarrhea non-stop. She has already vomited 9 times...It happened about 6-7 hours after consumption and it was the only thing she had eaten the past 10 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
