Took my family for dinner May 27 2018. Everyone had different meals. Later that night me, my wife and three children all started vomiting not at the same time. Me and my daughter had diarrhea. My wife and I both have fevers on the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Boyfriend and I went for lunch on 4/20/18. Both had caesar salad with chicken (before we knew about the national recall for
