午餐时我吃了一道带西兰花和鸡肉的菜，旁边是白米饭。到凌晨 2 点 20 分，我正在呕吐、腹泻、头痛，出汗了。我是在 2019 年 2 月 16 日中午左右去的。我的配偶也吃了同样的菜，她也有同样的症状。由于呕吐和腹泻，她不得不离开工作岗位

Poisoned at PF Changs - I ate the Street Noodles, with shrimp. I experienced extreme diarrhea and vomiting. I passed out in a public restroom and was taken to the hospital. The first symptoms occurred within 45 minutes of the meal. I have never experienced something like… 更多

We were four in the family. About immediately 30 minutes after eating the food we had nausea, and stomach cramps. And by the time we reached home one of us had diarrhoea and the other vomiting. We would like to raise this as a concern and report it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Went out for an anniversary dinner and the food was great. We had Dynamite Shrimp, crispy honey chicken, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. For desert we had banana spring rolls. The food was great but today we are paying for it hard.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

45 分钟到一个小时我开始出现严重的胃痛。我跑到 Spectrum 购物中心的 Barns 和 Noble 商店的公共浴室。我一直在摊位里呕吐和腹泻 30 分钟。我也在每个 Fusilli 出汗。我给女友发短信寻求帮助，然后她进入男厕所协助。那时她说我昏倒了大约 15 秒钟。一旦我康复了，她就去寻求帮助。因为我太虚弱，一名保安得到了轮椅帮助我离开浴室。

然后我在尔湾的霍格医院被送到急诊室。我从下午 5 点 45 分到 9 点 30 分在 ER 接受治疗。
