昨晚从爸爸约翰那里订购了一个半大的披萨。我的一半披萨是鸡肉、菠菜和甜椒。另一半是香肠、甜椒和洋葱。晚上 10 点吃了我一半的两片，凌晨 2 点 27 分起来有腹泻和呕吐只是我。我吃了披萨四个小时后生病了。症状持续了 13 个小时。我目前很虚弱而且缺乏液体。

6-8 hours after eating here, family in house fell ill with the runs and feeling like they needed to vomit.

Had a thin crust meatball and pepperoni around 9:30pm Sunday night. Started having painful stomach cramps a couple hours later. Ended up having painful cramps and diarrhea the rest of the night and into today (Monday). Couldn't even leave the toilet until about 9am Monday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Ordered a pizza around 10pm on Friday. Large pepperoni with mushrooms. The next morning at 5:30 I was woken up with insane nausea and vomiting. Went to my local clinic to get 2 liters if fluid through IV because I was so dehydrated.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
