我们订购了薄皮披萨，少了奶酪、一半夏威夷菜、一半火腿和蘑菇。还有肉桂面包甜点。
这不是我们第一次生病，而是在我们没有意识到那是披萨之前。
我们出现了与上次相同的症状：胃痛、恶心、呕吐。
现在我们可以肯定地知道问题出在爸爸约翰的披萨上。我们订购的披萨和上次完全一样。

I ordered pizza with beef, pepperoni, and sausage, cheese. Also ordered cinnamon pull apart. Less than 3 hours later, I woke up and immediately threw up for almost 5 minutes straight. Stomach hurts a lot!  | 症状: 呕吐

Ordered several pizzas for WWE pay per view. An all meat, pepperoni, and a works pizza. Within 24 hours every person who ate the pizza was sick. Seven of us total and the one thing in common was the pizzas. Vomitting, fever, diarrhea, and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered pizza take out. Got it home and noticed something tasted odd after two bites. Unfortunately, I swallowed. I called the manager and was offered a free pizza on my next order. I told him he better check his mushrooms. I won’t be ordering from there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ate two slices of buffalo chicken pizza from Papa John's last night and the chicken tasted kinda funny and rubbery. Ever since then, I have had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. It's not 11:00 AM and I still feel sick. My boyfriend says he feels fine, though.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
