I ordered pizza with beef, pepperoni, and sausage, cheese. Also ordered cinnamon pull apart. Less than 3 hours later, I woke up and immediately threw up for almost 5 minutes straight. Stomach hurts a lot!  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate it on Saturday night, went to bed. Woke up an hr later in very bad shape. Diarrhea, vomiting, fever/chills. That went on regularly for about 9 hrs. Still feel weak and out of it two days later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate two slices of buffalo chicken pizza from Papa John's last night and the chicken tasted kinda funny and rubbery. Ever since then, I have had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
