吃了一个裸露的墨西哥卷饼，同事吃了一个墨西哥卷饼。我们吃的唯一普通食物是斑豆和鳄梨调味酱。我们在那里吃饭一个小时后同时出现胃痛、恶心、跑步、腹胀和头痛  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛, 腹胀, 胃痛

I order three hard shell tacos with Quesso and chips and Guacamole on the side. That was the only thing I had that day and about an hiur later I constantly had the urge to use the toilet. The upset stomach lasted the whole night and into the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My wife and I shared a steak burrito and chicken nachos at about 8:30pm. Upon arrival home about 4 hours later, we both had nausea, vomiting and diarrhea throughout the evening.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
