我订购了 12 个 Taco Pack，6 个松脆的和 6 个软的（只有牛肉和奶酪）我还订购了双重紧缩包装盒。我在下午 3 点至下午 5 点左右吃了。我下午 6 点去上班，我是 EMT，在医院工作。我开始变得恶心并开始呕吐。我下班回家时头痛严重，呕吐，醒来时发烧。我讨厌去医院所以这就是为什么我没去医院。我目前发烧 102.7，身体疼痛/腰痛，仍然恶心和呕吐，出汗时头痛严重。
在用谷歌搜索我的症状和吃的东西之后，我只能得出结论是塔可钟。

2017 年 3 月 9 日星期四大约 1220 点，我开车直通车，订购了大型紧缩至尊包装 5.00 盒。一切看起来都很好。到 300 点时，我头疼得很厉害，无法消退。400 次发冷、发烧、腹泻和呕吐。现在是 3 月 12 日的星期日，我仍然感觉不好。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and my friend ordered a triple double crunch wrap on 3-10-17 at 8:00 pm. I went to work this morning 3-11-17 and starting feeling violently ill. My friend is also feeling ill and vomiting. The only common denominator we feel caused this is the flour tortilla.  | 症状: 呕吐

星期五早上 3 点左右，我点了一个带生菜的牛排墨西哥玉米饼。我吃了然后不久就去睡觉了。中午左右我醒来时感觉非常疲劳，有点恶心。我吃了早餐，然后我开始感觉肠道疼痛。随之而来的是腹泻短暂，恶心加剧了。自从我写这篇文章的时候吃了炸玉米饼铃已经过去了大约 30 个小时，我的胃也没有好转。还有剧烈的 diarreah 和严重的胃痛。我相信生菜里可能有东西

I picked up food last night 3/9/17, after eating Mexican pizza and double wrap, 3 hours after eating I became violently ill, vomiting from 9 onto 5 am. I have diarrhea, fever and aches everywhere from the vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
