I went to tacobell on Vine st for a late dinner while taking a break from my job at my studio. I ordered 3 taco supremes and a Mexican pizza wrap thing. This was 3 hours ago. I just puked and it is 2 am. Feeling sick. Help!  | 症状: 恶心

Bought 2 bean and cheese burritos and added sour cream as well as 3 soft tacos. I used mild sauce on each item. I am now sick, belly hurts, puking, and running to the pot, and this is pain in my a*** as I can't take care of my kids now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

他们给我送了一个可疑的陈旧的 chalupa，我是个白痴，我还在吃它（它们很贵！）chalupa 壳像石头一样坚硬，牛肉非常海绵状。6 小时后我没有呕吐、胃痛过多、出汗和轻微发烧只会变得更糟。我在吃食物之前拍了张照片以证明食物不好。吃完这个之后我大便也松了。

Ate around 7:45pm 7/31, had cheese quesadilla with green sauce, soft taco with sour cream, and a loaded potato griller with spicy ranch, started feeling sick about 1 hour after, vomiting and diarrhea started about 3 hours later.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
