Ordered the 3-supreme taco meal. Upon receiving my order I noticed the lettuce looked shriveled and slight discoloration. I picked 1-2 pieces out of the tacos. This was around 1300 on Saturday April 4th. When I woke up on Easter Sunday, I was having bad cramps. Ended… 更多

我点了10块鸡块、大份玉米片薯条、一杯大份巴哈爆炸饮料（没喝完）和一个烤奶酪卷饼。在这些食物中，唯一让我连续两次生病的是鸡块配的墨西哥辣椒蜂蜜蘸酱。我在食用后3小时内呕吐，从那时起一直有发烧、寒战、头痛、恶心、痉挛和全身不适的症状。
