2018 年 9 月 28 日，星期五。晚餐晚了，我订购了带有红辣椒和绿色辣椒的组合盘。我哥哥还订购了 Combo Plate，但只有绿辣椒，没有生病。第二天我醒来时症状立即开始-疼痛/恶心/胃痛。下午呕吐然后整夜呕吐。到周日，呕吐已经停止，可怕的腹泻开始了，并且已经持续到今天，即 10 月 3 日星期三。

Last night around 9pm I went to taco Cabana I got the trio platter with chicken flautas got home ate it tastes kinda funny so I went to bed woke up this morning around 8am very nauseous and needed to use the bathroom next thing I know I'm puking my guts up  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

The hospital where I work brought us a bunch of tacos last night. I was not hungry so I only had one to be hospitable and I noticed the chicken had a rubbery texture, less than 4 hours later...very sick, abdominal pain.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

2018 年 7 月 30 日，我在晚上 10 点半左右在 Taco Cabana 6600 Camp Bowie Blvd 订购了鸡肉卷饼和 DietDr Pepper。德克萨斯州沃思堡.在大约 4 个小时后，由于严重的射击刺伤胃痛、腹泻、出汗/发烧而患了暴力病。生病了至少 3 天，连续两天出现血性腹泻。我通常不会呕吐那不是问题。但是随着腹泻的消退，胃痛持续了将近5天。
