My boyfriend has been violently ill from both ends all night and he had nut butter from trader joe's and/ or possibly their cheese... i think it was the nut butter because i had the cheese too and i'm fine. ate it for dinner. Then by midnight… 更多

I got a black bean and cheese wrap & greek salad from this new location. Since then I have eaten nothing since and keep having to run to the bathroom. Experiencing fever and muscle aches as well. I hope this ends soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

Ate veggie hummus wrap and cold-pressed green juice. Followed by abdominal pain, nausea, reduced appetite. Vomiting ensued 3.5 hours after consumption.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Had a Super Spinach Salad around 9:30pm. I recall noticing a funky smell, but I checked the packaging and it wasn’t expired or anything so I just figured I didn’t remember the smell or Trader Joe’s changed the dressing recipe or something. Anyway I finished the salad… 更多

大约 2 小时后，吃了 Trader Joe 的日式炒饭午餐，这是我有史以来最严重的食物中毒病例。由于严重脱水，去医院急诊室进行静脉注射。最近购买了预制的冷冻餐，并一直保持冷冻直到食用。我怀疑它可能在运送到 Trader Joe 的过程中融化了，并且被重新冻结而不是被扔掉。
