I ate room temperature French fries, they sat out for about 2 hours before I ate a couple and then threw them away, I woke up the next morning and felt bad which led to puking and bowel movements he next 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 呕吐

After work I ran by Wendy’s in Hot Springs,AR on central and ordered a #10. On the way home, I ate my nuggets and fries. An hour later, I have a massive diarrhea and vomiting attack. My fever is 100.1 and I have had 2 diarrhea attacks since the initial one and another vomiting session.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了鸡块，三口饮食 Pepper 博士，没有薯条，我在 30 分钟内就开始偏头痛了。在几个小时内呕吐，伴随着胃痉挛和腹泻。我再也回不去了，我会打电话给公司。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 偏头痛
