غزو القوارض. رأى المفتش العديد من فضلات الماوس فوق الفرن. من بين الانتهاكات الأخرى، كانت العناصر القذرة تمنع بالوعة غسل اليدين، وعندما طلب منها نقلها، وضعها موظف على طاولة حيث يتم إعداد عجينة البيتزا؛ وكانت المعدات والأسطح في جميع أنحاء المطبخ «متسخة بشدة».
