Had sushi, for dinner 4 hours after eating it I started experiencing nausea then diarrhea and now vomiting and stomach cramps it’s been about 6 hours since I’ve consumed it and my conditions are only getting worse

Sick from Chopped Zucchini

Ate the prepared chopped zucchini and within 6 hours was super sick. I’m 24 hours out from eating and still feeling nauseous and weak.
