The pork quesadilla tasted like mystery meat and now my guts are falling out my a*s. But no, I have major diarrhea and stomach cramps and my stool is FOUL.

Suspect Lettuce Causes Illness

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce.
