Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Headache
Suspected source: Shredded chicken burrito
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Friday got the shredded chicken burrito next morning woke up with vomiting dirrah a fever of 103 stomachache headache

Suspect Lettuce Causes Illness

I ordered a grilled chicken salad, rice, black beans, everything on it. A couple of the pieces of lettuce looked sketchy but I didn't eat them. I had one bite of my son's tortilla soup, but he didn't get sick. I'm thinking it was probably the lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
