Chicken Tacos Illness Suspected

Yesterday afternoon I had Chipotle in Yuba City. I had the chicken tacos. Early this morning, I work up with severe nausea. I then ended up having 4-5 bouts of vomiting and diarrhea as well as stomach cramps. My doctor informed me that it could be the Chipolte I ate causing my symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Salmonella Confirmed After Chipotle

I ate Chiptole Friday and woke up Saturday to the worst stomach pain I had ever felt. Followed with vomiting, diarrhea. Went to the doctor on monday and just found out today (thursday) that I had grew Salmonella in my stool test!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
