Carnitas Bowl Causes Illness

I had a carnitas bowl with black beans, brown rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream last night for dinner. Woke up at 6 am sharp to throw it all up. It’s 10 am now and i’ve thrown up twice this morning, which likely more to come.
