Chipotle Mexican Grill Sept 16th. Steak bowl with guac and lettuce, pico and corn I ate alone, and it started about 30-60 minutes after i ate. About 3-4 hours later i was much better and hungry again cause that was all i had eaten that day

Me and my husband ate at chipotle on Monday 07-31-2018 and right after eating are stomach starting to hurt. And we have had food poisoning since then!

I ordered a burrito bowl to go with steak, brown rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, corn, and lettuce. It wasn’t until about 1am when I woke up with an upset stomach, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, and the sweats. I could not sleep and was in the bathroom…

Ate chicken bowl around 5 pm on 3/19/17. Abdominal cramping started about 6 hours later and nausea and vomiting and diarrhoea about 10-12 hours later.
