I had a bowl of brown rice, black beans, chicken, carnitas, sour cream, cheese, hot salsa, corn. Absolutely terrible food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea through the night. Multiple days of trouble keeping food down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
