ER Visit After Burrito

I got it Friday night and by 6am Saturday morning. I was in the ER because i could not stop vomiting. I had a basic burrito with rice, chicken, and cheese only. Spent 6am to noon in the er. I lost 10 pounds and I still nauseous.

I had a salad with lettuce, steak, black beans, corn, mild salsa & quac at 9pm last night. Diarrhea started 30 min after i finished eating. Along with chills, & cramping. It is still going on now, 12 hours later!
