Beef Bowl ER Visit

Beef bowl with guacamole and pico sauce on July 4, was sick for 3 days, finally went to the emergency room July 9. 3 people are sick, 2 people got sick. 1 ended up in the emergency room  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
