Chicken bowl with white rice, sour cream, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce.
Didn't even eat 1/2 of it. Immediately after had very bad stomach pains & diarrhea. Pooped over 16 times in 24 hours | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain

My friends and I went to chipotle around 5:30pm on September 2nd, 2017. We all got some sort of chicken burrito/bowl and 3 out of the 4 of us ended up puking our guts out that night after feeling nauseous after eating there.
