Tuesday, May 25, 2021.
Chicken bowl with white rice, sour cream, cheese, corn, salsa, lettuce.
Didn't even eat 1/2 of it. Immediately after had very bad stomach pains & diarrhea. Pooped over 16 times in 24 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Stomach Pain
