I ordered a chipotle bowl with white rice, brown beans, mild, corn, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. i have been having diarrhea since yesterday and carried into today with intense stomach pain. i think i have been poisoned by the guacamole or lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
