Guac Trouble: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate on 5/18/19 and the guacamole was browning and had a funny taste. I had the symptoms of food poisoning within 1 to 2 hours after eating there. I had a veggie bowl with brown rice, both beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, and lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Chicken Salad Triggers Illness

I picked up lunch there 10 August, had salad with chicken, corn salsa, pico, black beans and chips and guac. About 3 hours later I began vomiting, this went on for every 2 hours until midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

Barbacoa Bowl Illness Alert

Me & my nephew went to chipotle on Monday 4/22 around 11am. We both ordered the Barbacoa burrito bowl and had same ingredients except for mine didn't have corn. He got sick almost immediately after eating with cramping, nausea and diarrhea. It lasted all day and through the night with cold shivers.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
