On Friday 12/1/23 at 11:13 am I went to Chipotle for the first time ever with my husband on our Day Date. We wanted to go someplace where we have never gone before to eat lunch. We went around 8:17 p.m. on 12/1/23 we ordered chicken bowl white rice w/ side of corn & tomato salsa, chips & queso cheese & 2 soft tortilla. See More in 10-15 mins after my son & I ate the food we got immediate stomach cramps followed by diarrhea, I myself was nauseous for the rest of night, diarrhea subsided after a couple of hours for me, my son had more the stomach cramps & diarrhea. We eat at Chipotle all the time & never got sick. We are going to continue to eat there. I will say this the prep counter was gross the foods were cross contaminating by the way they were preparing it. When one of the employees was preparing food for customer in front of us he accidentally got extra food on the outside container of the guac dish it fell onto counter he then pushed it back into there serving bowl of guacamole, then another employee got sour cream into another side. That's why we only chose the corn & salsa. I realize it gets busy but way too much food cross contamination. Grandy Organics of Hiram, Maine is voluntarily recalling Gluten Free Honey... See More Oat Granola with lot code 231017-03459-1 because it may contain undeclared Coconut. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction should they consume this product. The affected lot of Gluten Free Honey Oat Granola was distributed to FL, to a food service distributor, to a food processor in California, and direct to individual consumers in Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, and New York. No allergic reactions related to this matter have been reported to date.
This product was packed in 25lb cases containing (2) 12.5lbs bags with a UPC of 648960034590. This product was also packed in 3lb bags and sent direct to consumers.
After conducting a thorough tracing exercise, Grandy Organics discovered that the product potentially containing trace levels of coconut was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of coconut.
If consumers have an allergy or severe sensitivity to coconut, they should not consume the product.
