Today May 8th ordered between 430 and 5pm got burrito bowl with brown rice black and pinta beans double chipolte and honey chicken cheese. Then two sides of guac. Ate bowl first then the guac.

On 7/31/19, My daughter and I had bowls with chicken, lettuce, beans, mild salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Just a few hours after consumption we both felt a stomach discomfort, nausea and headache. Next day more nausea, vomiting and diarrhea . The symptoms are still persisting 5 dats after.

Had chipotle on Halloween. Right when I finished my bowl I was hunched forward unable to walk straight due to stomach pain. Thank god I was home so crawled my way to the bathroom. Was on the ground with severe stomach pain then vomited. Feeling a bit better now but stomach pain is persisting.
