Chipotle Meal Causes Illness

On 7/31/19, My daughter and I had bowls with chicken, lettuce, beans, mild salsa, sour cream and guacamole. Just a few hours after consumption we both felt a stomach discomfort, nausea and headache. Next day more nausea, vomiting and diarrhea . The symptoms are still persisting 5 dats after.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Halloween Chipotle Illness Recount

Had chipotle on Halloween. Right when I finished my bowl I was hunched forward unable to walk straight due to stomach pain. Thank god I was home so crawled my way to the bathroom. Was on the ground with severe stomach pain then vomited. Feeling a bit better now but stomach pain is persisting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
