5/21/19: Ordered a Chicken Bowl w/ White Rice, No Beans, Corn, Hot Salsa, Sour Cream, Cheese, Guacamole, and Romaine Lettuce. Experienced cramps next morning and chills, diarrhea, and fever the next evening. Still having issues as of now and not improving.

I had chipotle for dinner last night after work, the next morning i woke up i had painful diahrea and nausea and felt like vomiting. I started getting the chills and claustrophic at the same time. It was horrible
