Ordered a rice bowl with double order of beef, an order of corn, cheese, guacamole and lettuce. Started yesterday and that was all I ate yesterday

After consuming it on a Sunday afternoon, the next day I got a bad case of Diarrhea and nausea that lasted all day. I couldn't keep food down and it was a hard day at work due to constant visits to the restroom. I had the chicken and barbacoa.
